Each report is hand tailored to suit the client and the job.

We provide one report per job unless more are needed, we charge an administration fee of £15 for each additional report required. We can also provide electronic copies via file sharing services (free of charge).
A standard report will include:
● Written engineers report detailing the works description, observations made throughout the survey and a recommended course of action.
● Individual survey sheets showing detailed breakdown of each line.
● A DVD or digital link with surveyed footage (MP4 files) and PDF files of all the paperwork included in the report.
Optional Extras:
● Manhole inspection surveys (with photos).
● Scaled plan / Reference plan / Updates to current scaled plan.
Detailed breakdown of a standard report:
● Surveyors Name, date of survey, weather conditions, unique job reference and base unit code.
● Site address and client address.
● Start and end of survey length references.
● Ground material of start reference.
● If the line was pre-cleaned prior to surveying.
● Manhole and chamber locations.
● Invert levels (including invert of all connections).
● Pipe sizes, pipe material and pipe run alignments.
● Individual survey sheets detailing a breakdown of faults encountered.
● Structural defects and service defects report.
● CCTV survey footage provided on a DVD or digital link.
● Written engineers report (stating the works description, highlighting faults, other observations and providing recommendations on a future cause of action if required). The written engineers report will answer any of the key questions that have been raised.
● Photos provided of any faults / observations on the drainage.
