Just Surveys Limited has at its disposal all the equipment and services required to provide a comprehensive survey of any site.
CCTV surveying:
We can perform CCTV drain surveying via either a push rod camera for smaller pipes or a crawler camera for larger pipes.
Confined Space surveying (with full breathing apparatus):
Confined space surveying is required for culverts and sewers that our crawler cameras and push rod cameras cannot not easily navigate.
Sonde and trace:
Sonde and trace is utilised by attaching a sonde to our push rod cameras, crawler cameras or drain rods to trace it from the surface using a signal receiver. This allows us to accurately trace the line below ground. This is very beneficial for plotting the drainage onto plans and for any locating where remedial works are required.
Dye testing:
Dye testing is used to prove connections that drop in blind or where you cannot otherwise CCTV survey.
High pressure water jetting:
High pressure water jetting is used to clean the lines and manholes prior to CCTV surveying to ensure the system is clean for inspection. It is also used, in conjunction with drain rods, to alleviate any blockages encountered.
Root cutting / de-greasing / de-scaling:
We use a range of specialist attachments to remove scale, grease and roots.
Scaled and Reference Drawings:
We can provide both scaled and reference plans which correlate with our drainage report to allow a better understanding of the drainage systems. We can also update any plans you may already have.
Vacuum Tanker / Waste Disposal:
Just Surveys Limited operate a vacuum tanker service which can be used either on its own or in conjunction with another service to provide a comprehensive survey. A good example is where a client needs to ascertain the condition of a septic tank, we can suck out and dispose of the waste and whilst onsite perform man entry to determine the condition of the tank.
Soakaways/Drainage Fields:
At Just Surveys Limited, we offer the ability to plan and design drainage fields and soakaway systems for your property. We can take you all the way from the very start, determining via percolation tests (the rate at which water will soak away), to the very end of your project, installing a fully functioning system.
Remedial works:
Any remedial works identified whilst carrying out our CCTV surveying will be graded according to their severity and urgency. The grading system we use can be provided upon request. Any findings which we believe require urgent attention will be notified to the client as soon as possible.
Pump Servicing and sales:
We offer very of competitive prices on pump purchases and pump repairs, as well as servicing, installing and designing of systems to suit your unique needs. We are able to provide pumps to match any requirements you may have.
