At Just Surveys Limited, we offer the ability to plan and design drainage fields and soakaway systems for your property.
We can take you all the way from the very start, determining via percolation tests (the rate at which water will soak away), to the very end of your project, installing a fully functioning system.
Step 1:
In the first instance we can perform a free of charge site visit to determine whether the land is a suitable size and location to install a soakaway/drainage field and provide approximate prices based upon the ground type and access.
Step 2:
Following this, the next step will be to perform a percolation test to establish the rate at which the water will soak away into the ground.
Using data collected from percolation tests of the site, total area of rainfall collected and the peak amounts of rainfall for different areas of the country, we can provide an effective soakaway / drainage field.
At this stage we can then calculate the length of pipework required to be installed for an effective soakaway and provide a fixed price quotation and course of action for the works.
We can co-ordinate with the customer to establish the most cost efficient solution for them.
Each quotation will have a detailed breakdown of the parts and labour costs.
